Humanoid Bone Rig: This includes a basic vrchat avatar rig, which means setting up the armature and weight painting.
Basic Blendshapes: Visemes and expressions (happy, sad, blink, angry, blep, surprised).
VRCFT Blendshapes (Sranipal): Blendshapes needed for sranipal face tracking (50+ shapekeys)
VRCFT Blendshapes (Unified Expressions): Blendshapes needed for full standard face tracking (100+ shapekeys). Compatible with Arkit, Sranipal, Quest Pro. Ideal setup for selling VRChat avatars.

Terms of Service (Commissions)

Client's Rights and Responsibilities

You must be 18+ to commission me.
Please have a REFERENCE SHEET or MOOD BOARD ready for textures!
You must pay 50% upfront for me to start the project (you may pay this at a later time but keep in mind that the commission timeframe and project will only start after first payment).
You may ask me for minor changes to the commission for the next month (limit of 2 minor changes).
You may ask me to NOT post your work on social media - should you wish to keep your commission private.
You may ask me to make NSFW commissions.

Artist's Rights and Responsibilities

I am to deliver the FBX/PNG files within 14 days (unless specified that it will take longer beforehand).
My end products are FBX/PNG files, they are functional as a product and I am not responsible for Unity issues that occur.
I have the right to share or post images of the commission publicly by default (you may request me NOT to post it).
I have the right to decline/cancel your commission request.

File Storage

Your PNG and/or FBX files will be kept in Google Drive or directly in our Discord messages permanently.
Your original files (Substance Painter, Blender, or Procreate files) will be temporarily stored on my device and are subject to deletion after 3 months.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of my services I cannot provide a refund once the commission has been completed. I ask for your approval before sending the files to you. There are absolutely no refunds except for the following scenarios;

1.1 - I have to cancel the commission before I start the project - 100% refund1.2 - I have to cancel the commission mid progress due to
- Lack of communication from the client
- Lack of respect towards me and my boundaries from the client
- Personal issues/emergencies that arise
In these rare scenarios, a partial refund will be given along with the current progress of the files (partial refund amount is situational).

Commercial Use

All commissions are considered personal by default.
Commissions are allowed to be used for streaming, videos, posting on social media, etc. Credit is appreciated in these scenarios.
Commercial rights can be obtained via verbal agreement. You must inform me if you would like to use my textures/meshes commercially, so I can ensure proper credit is given!
There are no additional costs for commercial use.
